MEET OUR MEMBER TRENGO!

Today we visit our location Tribes Utrecht Central Station. The location, which was opened in November 2015, is right across Utrecht Central Station, which has had a great makeover in recent years and is well worth a visit. On the second floor of the house of the Hamar tribe we meet Igo Trampe, co-owner and Sales at Trengo. Trengo is a young organization that started 2.5 years ago with a very clever idea of Marcel and Patrick. What exactly are they doing? Read along!
Igo: 'Trengo has developed a so-called team inbox. This team inbox makes it possible to operate all social messaging, e-mail and telephone from one screen. So, you can receive all your messages in one inbox, and also answer them immediately! Think of email, Twitter, FB messenger or the live chat implemented on your website. But in the two years that we have been active, we have also been able to add the channel telephony. The incoming calls come in via your browser and our application makes it possible for you to answer them.’ Igo shows us that you can very easily label all messages on processed or picked up, so even if you're not sitting behind your desk or maybe on holiday, your incoming messages will be picked up. In addition, the team inbox is a huge database. All contact moments, via any channel, are logged into the system. So you know what your customer is already aware of. Do you see a message coming in that your colleague can pick up better? No problem, all this can be arranged internally via the system. The inbox can be used via PC or the app. Besides the team inbox, Trengo also offers a chatbot, chat applications and other products.
Trengo is growing very fast and has international ambitions. With brands such as van der Valk, Landal GreenParks, Carglass and many others in their portfolios, the first steps in the international market have already been taken. This month the team has grown from three to six people. Igo: 'We have very consciously chosen Tribes, because Tribes is not only active in the Netherlands. We often welcome our customers to our location, which is why we find it very important that it looks representative. Tribes Utrecht Central Station was an ideal location for us. There are parking possibilities and customers can easily travel to the location. It's also nice for our people themselves. Tribes makes it possible for us to grow fast!
