The Tribes locations are spread over The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and all have their own community, existing of all members of that location. Each location & city has its own events and activities to stimulate the community feeling. In your role as Community Manager, you will work closely with the local teams, including the location managers and the marketing team. You will report to the Marketing Director.

Profile

Marketeer / Community builder/event organizer, experience with building communities, social media, connecting, networking. Energetic & creative, out of the box thinker and loves to work with colleagues in the field. Flexible to attend a local event occasionally to be part of the team and know & feel what we are organizing.

The person will be local support for the Chiefs to build local & city based communities with the tasks below. The role will be proactive & supportive in reaching out to Chiefs to organize events, build community & social media presence and will support where possible, but Chief will stay responsible for local activities.

In this varied position, your duties will include:

  • Support local teams with creating a local community by organizing events
  • Support & assist on organizing events
  • Support local teams with expanding and building digital local communities
  • Create content and materials for the local campaigns/events (invitations, flyers, social content, etc)
  • Coordinate with marketing HQ for online exposure
  • Monitor & report on local successes

  • HBO level of education
  • Experience in building communities
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
  • Flexible attitude and the ambition to always go for the best result
  • Enthusiastic, open personality with perseverance and guts
  • Precise and accurate with data processing
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketingcloud)
