Tribes Shines in MT1000 2023 Rankings
Tribes achieves NPS Top 3 spot
Tribes is proud to be ranked in the 2023 edition of the MT1000, a comprehensive evaluation focused on measuring the quality and popularity of business service providers in the Netherlands. Tribes excelled in the 'Advice and Management of Business Premises' category, securing the 3rd spot for NPS (Net Promoter Score) and an impressive 7th place overall.
What is the MT1000?
The MT1000 is a survey by MT/Sprout which carefully evaluates the thoughts of business decision-makers, providing a thorough perspective on the dynamic business landscape. Conducted by the Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation, a leading knowledge center of The University of Amsterdam, the research aims to uncover the quality and appeal of business service providers across the country.
The true value of the survey lies in its focus on genuine experiences, not just reputations. A panel of business decision-makers are prompted to share their experiences with companies over the past three years. Tasked with rating suppliers on a scale of 0-10, the pivotal question is, “How likely are you to recommend this service provider to a friend or colleague?” These insights not only catapulted Tribes to the 3rd position for NPS score, but also earned an impressive 4th place for quality of execution.
NPS: A Measure of Trust
NPS (Net Promoter Score) is a widely recognized metric for gauging customer loyalty and satisfaction, reflecting the likelihood of customers recommending a company’s services. A high NPS not only indicates happy customers but also showcases a high level of trust, potentially turning customers into brand ambassadors and impacting company growth in turn.
“Achieving such a high NPS position is a testament of our commitment to creating not just workspaces, but experiences that resonate with our clients. This recognition motivates us to continue exceeding expectations at Tribes. It’s a vote of confidence that our dedication to excellence is truly making a difference for the people we serve”. - Eduard Schaepman, CEO of Tribes Inspiring Workplaces.
