What will you do?
- Warm welcome: Greet visitors with a smile and be their first point of contact.
- Pantry vibes: Keep the kitchens tidy, stocked, and inviting.
- Meeting magic: Manage meeting rooms, support with tech, and ensure everything is ready.
- Events & fun: Contribute ideas for community events like drinks or networking sessions – and help organize them.
- Community builder: Make sure everyone feels at home at Tribes.
- Office admin: Keep client records up to date, manage the inbox, and support with admin tasks.
- Calls & mail: Stay on top of things and keep everything running smoothly.
What do we offer you?
- A contract for 36 or 40 hours per week (depending on location);
- A gross monthly salary of €2,695 (based on 40 hours);
- 25 vacation days with a full-time contract;
- 8% holiday allowance (paid in May);

What does a typical day look like?
You start your day with a coffee and check the schedule. Then you do a quick round: is the pantry neat, are the meeting rooms ready, is the reception looking sharp? Soon the first visitors arrive: someone needs a meeting room, another asks about a delivered package, while a team asks for help with an HDMI cable and lunch.
In between, you process the mail, send a message that a guest has arrived, and catch up with your colleagues. In the afternoon, you help with an event: preparing invitations, putting up posters, informing everyone. At the end of the day, you make sure everything is tidy and leave with a good feeling – another day full of energy, service, and teamwork.
