Tribes Expands New Branch 'Tribes Amsterdam FOZ'
More than 1,000 square meters added, branch fully rented

Tribes, provider of flexible office space, meeting room, coworking spaces and other flexible workplace solutions, has added more than 1,000 square meters to Tribes Amsterdam FOZ. A total of 85 workstations and two meeting rooms were added on the two floors of the centre. The newest Tribes branch - which now has a total area of 3,300 square meters and is located on the Amsterdam Zuidas - has an occupancy rate of 100%.
Tribes Amsterdam FOZ is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Zuidas, a few minutes' walk from Amsterdam Zuid Station and the main highways. In the immediate vicinity are the headquarters of numerous multinationals, as well as the large law firms, consultancy firms and accountancy firms.
Inspired by the 34 remaining nomadic tribes around the world, each Tribes location pays homage to one of these tribes. The interior of the workspaces of Tribes Amsterdam FOZ is inspired by the Secoya tribe from the Amazon. On the Zuidas there are three other Tribes branches: Tribes Amsterdam South Axis SOM (inspired by the Kyrgyz from Kyrgyzstan), Tribes Amsterdam South Axis ITO (inspired by the X-Tribe of famous innovators) and Tribes Amsterdam Zuiderhof (inspired by the Aborigines in Australia). There, too, the occupancy rate is very high. In addition to Amsterdam, Tribes also has offices in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Brussels.
Eduard Schaepman, founder and CEO of Tribes: "We see that more and more companies - of all sizes - are opting for shorter leases with more flexibility, instead of traditional leases. There is an increasing need for the freedom to rent office space with fewer workplaces, as employees work alternately in the office and at home. Flexible working is here to stay and Tribes offers exactly the solution that fits. Especially on the Zuidas, the demand for our services remains very high and we are therefore looking for more square meters to meet this."
