After the successful start in Germany, Tribes – the revolutionary provider of flexible office solutions – announces its first expansion today in Frankfurt. The modern office concept has signed for an extra floor of 650 sq. m for the Tribes location in Garden Tower, located in the CBD of Frankfurt.

Fully occupied

Tribes Frankfurt Garden Tower officially opened doors in May 2018 and was fully rented in only 6 months. Now after 16 months it’s still fully occupied. Eduard Schaepman, Chief & Founder: "The expansion of Garden Tower is the first of many that will follow in Frankfurt in the coming 6 months. We’re ready to start growing our German network, to supply every business nomad with an inspiring workplace, with new buildings and extra floors."

Additional floor

Together with the additional floor, Tribes Frankfurt Garden Tower will operate a total area of approximately 3.380 sq. m. The extra floor will be available from the 1st of January 2020 and is situated on the 17th floor. It includes 70 workspaces, 2 meeting rooms, the Tribes-standard high-tech plug and play ICT, and will be furnished in Tribes style.

Nomadic tribes

The Dutch company offers state-of-the-art flexible workplace solutions, meeting rooms and business addresses in all its 23 locations throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Schaepman found inspiration with the 34 remaining nomadic tribes around the world, and every Tribes site pays homage to one of these tribes. The Garden Tower is inspired by the so-called ‘hero-tribe’ Dukha, from Mongolia.

House of Tribes

The ground floor of the building includes various areas, each with their own entrances. Tribes runs the reception and facilities of the main entrance of the Garden Tower. There is also a separate House of Tribes café, accessible for everyone. The Garden Tower is located at the Neuer Mainzer Straße 46-50 in Frankfurt’s CBD. Some of the immediate neighbours are Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and the German Federal Bank.

Landlord of Garden Tower GmbH & Co KG is GEG – German Estate Group.
