Tribes kicks off 2020 with 1150m2 extra in Amsterdam

Tribes Inspiring Workplaces expanded two Amsterdam Tribes locations: city centre location Raamplein, and the location in the Som2 building on the Zuidas, with a total of 1.150m2. Miele and Rituals immediately rented the extra space, that was transformed in Tribes-style.

The expansion of the Tribes location at Raamplein includes the entire outbuilding of 300m2 per 01-01-2020, on top of the current lease agreement of 3,300m2. The expansion of the former Warner Bros gym has been leased in its entirety to Rituals Cosmetic Enterprise.

The extra floor of 850m2 for the Tribes location in the Som2 building on the Zuidas at the Claude Debussylaan, has been signed by Miele Nederland and others. With the extension, the total location has four floors including the ground floor, divided over 3,350m2.

Tribes indicates to be very happy with these extra additions to the Tribes network, as the demand remains stronger than the supply in Amsterdam. In addition, the modern, flexible office concept remains focused on the search for new locations in Amsterdam.
