Tribes expands to welcome global media company IPG Mediabrands at Düsseldorf GAP15
Düsseldorf, 9 September 2025– IPG Mediabrands, part of the global Interpublic Group (IPG) and operating brands such as UM, Initiative and KINESSO, has recently moved into a fully furnished office space at Tribes Düsseldorf GAP15. The company needed a professional workspace in a central location at short notice. To make this possible, Tribes expanded its available space in the building by appr 1.150 m2, allowing IPG Mediabrands to get started quickly and without hassle.
Fast action, immediate results
With the help of Arthur Rubinstein from Arthur Rubinstein & Cie. representing IPG Mediabrands that needed space, Tribes made it happen right away. Tribes made it happen right away. The Managed Suite was ready to use from day one. Everything was in place so that the IPG Mediabrands team could focus on their work. ‘While our IPG Mediabrands headquarter are in Hamburg, our office in Düsseldorf serves as a satellite location with rapid growth, requiring a high degree of flexibility. We had to move fast, and Tribes was ready to support us immediately,’says Petra Gnauert, CEO IPG Mediabrands DACH.‘Within a short time, we had a fully equipped office in a prime location in Düsseldorf. The process went smoothly, and the support from the Tribes team was excellent.’
Flexibility built in
For this collaboration, Tribes expanded its offering at GAP15 by 1.150 m2 — fully in line with its way of working.‘This is exactly what Tribes 2.0 is all about,’says Jasper Bekkering, CEO of Tribes.‘When a company like IPG Mediabrands approaches us with a concrete need, we adapt. It’s not about fitting businesses into existing spaces, it’s about shaping the space around their needs, exactly when they need it. We worked closely and efficiently with broker, client, landlord and Tribes to make this expansion possible, it’s great to see how quickly a suitable solution was created for IPG Mediabrands through joint effort.’

Smooth collaboration
The expansion of available square meters at this location was made possible through close cooperation with landlord Deka Immobilien.
Following a trusted path
The partnership with IPG Mediabrands follows earlier collaborations with companies such as Mars Petcare, which also opted for a Managed Suite at Tribes — a fully furnished, private office space with dedicated facilities and support services. Like Mediabrands, they were looking for a reliable partner offering flexibility, speed and full-service support, and found that at Tribes.
